Refund Policy
To request a refund, reply to your confirmation email within 180 days of
purchase, or send an email to spells at mistressofmagic dot com. Once a refund is
issued, that money is deducted from my account immediately, and PayPal
automatically sends it back to the original payment method ie. your PayPal
account or the credit card used to pay for your purchase. Keep in mind that some
banks can take up to 30 business days to apply the refund back to your credit
card. If your refund seems to be taking awhile to post, contact your credit card
company to verify their policies.

I HAVE NEVER DECLINED A REFUND REQUEST RECEIVED WITHIN 180 DAYS
OF PURCHASE, FOR ANY REASON,
EVER!!!I

You do not need to give a reason, if you are dissatisfied, for ANY reason, with
your results, you may request a refund
within 180 days of purchase.

If you contact me directly by email to request a refund within 180 days of
purchase, your payment will be refunded within 24 hours of me receiving
that email, unless you open a case with Paypal

If you choose to open a case with PayPal, you must wait until their
investigation is complete before receiving a refund. If Paypal decides in
your favor, you will receive a full refund. If Paypal does not decide in your
favor, you will not receive a refund.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!:
If you choose to open a case with PayPal instead of requesting a refund,what you
are really doing is requesting PayPal to investigate the purchase. PayPal's
investigative process can take over 120 days to complete, PLUS the amount of
time it takes (usually around 90 days) for your credit issuer to actually apply the
credit back to your card.  Once a case has been opened with Paypal, you must
wait until their investigation is complete before receiving a refund. Therefore, it is
to
YOUR benefit, not mine, to request a refund rather than open a case  with
PayPal.  I have one client who has been waiting over SIX MONTHS to get his
money back. If he had simply requested a refund instead of opening a case with
PayPal he could have had his money back THE SAME DAY!!! PLEASE LEARN
FROM HIS MISTAKE!!!!

Please keep in mind that PayPal only gives me the option to refund
any payment
to the original credit card used to make the purchase
within six months of purchase.
